At H2O Appliances we use our own vehicles and competent engineers to deliver and install our goods.
Simply use the live chat or contact form 08:00-20:00 Mon-Sun, or call us between 08:00-16:00 Mon-Fri. We aim to deliver within 5 working days. Our usual delivery days are Tuesdays and Fridays between 09:00 and 18:00. We do not deliver on weekends.
At H2O Appliances we use our own competent engineers to install your appliance, and uninstall and remove your old one.
Our refurbished items are pre-owned and in full working order. We recondition them to a high standard, which always includes full and thorough testing, servicing, and deep cleaning. It may also include changing parts.
Both our Grade A and Grade B appliances have been refurbished to the same high standard.
Our Grade A items are in excellent cosmetic condition. On the front of the appliance any scratches, scuffs, dents or discolouration will be minor. On the sides, rear, or top, there may be notable scratches, scuffs, dents or discolouration.
Our Grade B items may include noticeable scratches, scuffs, dents or discolouration on the front, sides, rear, or top.
For our Grade B items, the listing will either include pictures or can be requested.
We accept the following payments: Amazon Pay, Amex, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Paypal, Shop Pay and Visa.
As standard, all our white goods come with 6 months warranty from teh date of purchase. For our full warranty information, click here.
As standard our appliances come with 6 months warranty and we do not offer an extension.
